Biography Sokol Ymeri graduated in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana. He has 13 year experience in the public and private sector, in education policy development, project planning and management, information systems management, integration and innovation of technology solutions. He previously worked at the Albanian Telegraphic Agency, where he was also promoted to the position of Technical Director. He spent 2 years as a part-time ICT Consultant for ALEUS Company and served for 6 years as the Head of the Technology Unit at the Ministry of Education and Sport. He has been a member of the Administration Council of the Polytechnic University of Tirana for several years. He joined the AADF in March 2016.
